Resveratrol 600 mg, Trans-Resveratrol Supplement, Antioxidant Health Aging Support...

I'm no spring chick so I have to take supplements in my old age. Resveratrol is claimed to have many health benefits, which I am not allowed to list in my reviews so it would be wise to research the product and make an informed decision. These capsules are not very big and the bottle contains 60 capsules. The serving size is 3 so you get 20 servings in one bottle. I have been taking these daily for over a week and I haven't felt any positive or negative effects. This is one of those products that quietly work in the background so I will continue to take them and hope they're doing their job.

I regularly take resveratrol in my diet. I also take some of the other supplements that are included in these capsules. I like that several of those supplements are in one capsule, so that I dont need to take as many capsules for the same benefit. Upon receipt the safety seals were all in place. When opening the bottles, there were no funny smells. The product is packaged in a dark brown plastic bottle to preserve the product. This has several years dating. I cannot vouch for the health benefits of using this supplement. But, I can say that I have included this into my daily diet with no adverse effects.

I've added this to my vitamin regiman , and this seems to make me feel better. It was packaged well and i like that it is in a dark bottle to keep it fresh! I would purchase again.

I love Resveratrol for energy. I used to take it every day. Haven't used it in a long time, but I picked up this bottle and am reminded of why I always liked it. This particular Resveratrol supplement is great for a few reasons: The pills aren't giant or weird tasting, like some are. They are easy to take, and the serving size is just one pill a day. The addition of quercetin is great for the immune system. So, even if you're not sure about the anti-aging effects, you're getting an immune boost from it. The pills are vegan and don't have anything weird added to them, so if you're on a special diet or have allergies, they probably won't be a problem.

Capsules are easy to swallow. They have a slight taste but it is not bad. Normal daily dose of 3 capsules. I have not had any negative reactions to them.
