I am coming up on m 60th birthday and wanted to try an anti aging supplement. After some research I decided on Resveratrol. It's a once a day supplement taken with a full glass of water. The pill is easy to swallow and didn't cause any stomach upset. I'm about 1/2 way through the 30 day supply. I am excited to see what they results are at day 30.

Overall good product. I've only been taking for a little over a week and I think I see some results. The pill is just the right size and easy to swallow. I would recommend taking with a meal or some juice instead of plain water. The taste is not the best but not extremely horrible. If you take with juice or meal, you can't taste at all. Would purchase again.

I don't currently have blood pressure issues, but for people like my husband who have had elevated readings for prolonged periods of time, Resveratrol can possibly aid in lowering blood pressure. I came across some research that supported the idea that this could possible slow growth of certain types of cancer. I am hopeful that more research will be done in this area. Since I lost my father to cancer 6 years ago, I am always glad to hear of developments in this field. In addition to these and many other benefits, I like how this specific product is suitable for people with food sensitivities. Considering how widespread the problem is these days, I think this is very important. It contains no gluten, wheat, yeast, egg, dairy, soy, artificial colors/flavors, lactose, added sugar, or preservatives. It is even vegan and kosher safe! The product came quickly and packaged well. The vitamins are not too big and easy to swallow. The taste is very subtle since its in a capsule and didnt bother me at all. I love that fact that this vitamin has anti aging ingredients so that my body can age gracefully from the inside out. It also boosts immunity and gives me energy! Would definitely recommend.

I noticed a few reviews mentioned that anti-aging was yet to be proven; however, while doing my research for supplements, Harvard confirmed that resveratrol does provide those benefits, among many others. So far, I'm noticing subtle changes such as my energy increase and look forward to seeing further benefits after 30 days. Supplements take time to adjust in your system, so if you're also trying this product, I would suggest giving at least 30 days before throwing in the towel.
