This is a clever idea and I like it! It's just a bunch of dishcloths wrapped around a center roll, but psychologically it's somehow quite satisfying and it works really well. It's sure a lot neater than a pile of dish cloths on the counter, and it's more accessible and takes up less space. It's also a lot easier to keep track of which ones have been used which one haven't. The center roll is nothing more complicated than a cardboard paper towel roll, although thicker and more sturdy. Re-rolling the cloths onto it does take more time than simply folding them in quarters or however you stack your dishcloths, but it's worth the extra three minutes. Use a hard surface, pull them tight as you roll them and be sure to set each new towel seam a quarter turn from the end of the previous one. The lightly staticky nature of them helps each towel stay in place. Press and "seal" each one as you put it back on the roll and they will stay flat. Directions say to wash them before use: it's good advice. I tried using one before hand and it didn't absorb quite as well as I liked. So I ran them through the washer and it worked much better. And they do unroll singly, as long as you were careful rolling them and turned the seams. In short (or in long), hese definitely win my housewifey approval. If they don't hold up or fray overly quickly this review will be updated, but I'm they seem sewn well enough. So definitely a good substitute for paper towels, to which I admit I am rather addicted.

These are cute sitting on our paper towel holder, and I like them when they are new, but after one trip through the washing machine they shrunk to the size of a dishrag! No longer a towel. Just a cute rag.

So when I first saw these I thought that they were sunflowers, not pineapples. I obviously was very mistaken lol Nonetheless, these are great reusable paper towels and they fit right on the roll I have with other cloth towels. I have been converting to cloth because it's so much cheaper than buying paper towels every week and I can just throw them in with my white towels with no problem. They don't take up a lot of space in the washer so it's not like I am washing extra loads because of them either. One time investment and you don't have to spend money on them again!

Gorgeous pattern, colors and designs true to advertised. Don't seem to fade quickly. Superior absorption to regular washcloths. Swedish washcloths are the way to go!
