My 1st issue is that I purchased this aa a gift, however it doesnt come in a box, just the clear plastic bag. Im sure the box will also be handy to use as a reference while building. Will update my review later.

I have built a lot of the brand name version of these brick models. I thought I would give this generic version a try when it came up for sale. The instructions were very small and the photo's were difficult to see and interpret. I was able to figure them out mostly because I've built so many of these in the past. Even then, I had to redo it a few times. The pieces do not snap together easily and have to be forced a few times. This is where the 'generic' factor comes into play. It took me about 20 minutes to get the first flower together. Since I figured out one, I could get the rest done much quicker. Once you get them together, they will stay together if you don't handle them too harshly. For the price, they are okay but I would shell out a bit more money and get the brand name if I had the option.

I love putting these type of items together as well as you don't have to water them.

These were cute and looked really good when done but unfortunately two of the flower petals was broke and did not snap on daughter was very sad!

I love getting fresh flowers, but I have cats who like to eat them so these are the next best option. Plus we love Legos! So though these are not Lego brand, they went together in the same way. The instructions were very simple and easy to follow. There are various options for how to put the stems together which is nice so you can vary them since they will be in the same vase. The flowers go together smoothly without any problems. And what was great about this was that each flower used the same building pattern so once you built one, you could just fly through all of the others.
