These beads are very pretty. The colors are very vibrant and the crackle pattern in them look good. This is a good value for this amount of beads and the variety of colors. I like them because of how similar they look to stone.

What an assortment of colorful beads! Making floral stems and bouquets out of seashells, I need small beads for the center of some flowers. Having such a large variety to choose from makes each flower a little bit different. The coloring is actually varied from bead to bead another plus in my book. The glass beads are smooth to the touch. The all-important clasp to the carrying and storing case is secure and sturdy. The same can be said about the plastic case itself. I look forward to crafting more flowers with such an assortment of colorful, delicate beads. These Crackle Glass Beads are different from other crackle beads Ive seen. They are definitely crackled, the crackling is beautiful and adds a real depth to the bead when you look into them. In a color group, not all the beads match perfectly yet they make a coordinated blend. I really like that some of the beads have very natural tone colors. Some actually look like stone beads. The black/dark grey beads are also crackled and it is visible in the light. They are so dark it was difficult to capture the depth of the crackle in a picture. I did count 6 of the individual colors and each color had 25 beads. The beads are solid and sturdy with clean holes. This jewelry making kit comes with 2 reels of stretch cord and a small pair of scissors. Kids could have an afternoon of fun making jewelry with these beads. Given the unusual colors and blends, I think crafters and jewelry artists could find interesting ways to use these beads.

Many color options, very pretty, thr crackle effect is unique as you don't see that very often. They will make about 15 bracelets total if you use each set for that, or you can change it up and make earrings and necklaces too depending on supplies you have on hand. Almost makes one wish they had a couple sets so there is more than enough to make whatever you want with each color theme. Unless you know what size the beads are and have a jewelry making tray that measure out length for bracelets and necklaces etc. You can then see if one kit is enough. I'd order two though for good measure. The bonus scissors may be helpful but I have a nice mini pair I got a while ago that self open with each cut and a tip cover to keep them closed. The free pair will work but I don't care for them. That's my preference. Otherwise they will work especially fairly safe around kids being so small they can't cut much with them if they did get ahold of them. This would be good for travel crafting. I'd get a little velvet tray, a craft bag and throw in a few other jewelry making things in there for making whatever I wanted to for myself or as gifts. Also this would make a lot of things to sell at a fund raiser, people will love the beautiful crackle pattern and colors of these. Just some ideas for the craft lovers. I feel this would make fun gifts for crafty kids at least 8 years old and up. At 41 even I would love receiving craft kits like this. When you're done using it up, you have a nice organizer for your other craft things, hold your earrings in, rocks from the beach, tiny things, buttons, coins, diamond painting nibs and more.
