Amazing!

I have an Aussie and GSD and this brush can tackle both dogs! It looks like Ive created a third dog from all of the hair that I brush out of my boys but wow does this brush make it so easy! Ive tried these retractable brushes before and if Im lucky they half work. This one has been holding up nicely even with the thick coats and all the fur! My boys seem to love being brushed even more with this one, I think the bristles feel better against their skin and I can apply a little bit more pressure without the fear of hurting them

Easy to clean, but not durable

The nail clippers and comb work just fine, nothing special about them. However, the reason people are getting these is for this brush that is supposed to make it much easier to remove hair from a brush, which it does do, but it has its issues. Starting with the pros, the handle is great to hold onto, even just to squeeze it feels nice to hold onto. The easy hair removal feature is great, the bristles retract enough to be able to just wipe the hair easily off, for the most part. Now the issues are the bristles themselves. If you have a long-haired dog or cat, do not get this brush, I have a long-haired dog and a short haired cat I tried this on. The cat is perfectly fine, but with long hair it was hard to even really brush unless it's the surface. after using for a few weeks, I also noticed some of the bristles started to bend out of place, I suspect anyone with thick or long hair pets will see this early on. the other issue is the bristles in my brush didn't completely retract, which made the hair harder to wipe off easily from that area. Quality may vary, if this is on sale and you have a pet with short hair, this may be for you but anyone else I would say look elsewhere.
