So my husband owns an auto repair shop & often has to mark certain spots on an engine or other surfaces that are typically dirty, greasy and/or grimy. These work great on those types of surfaces & then some! Plus the bright color makes it easy to see & find the marked spot again. And unlike the other markers weve used in the past (paint markers) these dont need to be shook up to get the paint to losen up just to be used. They are more comparable to a crayon so just remove the cap & they are ready to go. Will definitely be using these for years to come & cant wait to see what other projects they will work for. These solid markers are great for marking those odd surfaces. especially the ones outside that often are already full of dust and dirt that makes ordinary markers pretty much useless. This works great, it is apparent why they use these in the junkyards where they can mark all of the car parts and it doesn't fade or run or wash away. Being solid, they are also much easier to keep and use than paint pens, that you have to keep shaking and they leak and run. They write so smooth and they also work sop much better when marking things like stretch film. I keep these in my toolbox right next to a carpenter's pencil. Between the two I pretty much have all of my marking needs taken care of.

Very useful, easy to use markers. Color goes on smoothly and consistency. Wont be bothered by water or the elements. As a Leftie Ive found it can smear on some surfaces before then quickly drying, be aware. Id like these even better if available in a finer point, and if I could figure out how to peel or sharpen them. Still outstanding quality and peerformance overall.

This is a set of three solid paint markers. Each marker is bight yellow. The markers have a reusable snap off cap and a comfortable to grip cylindrical side. The marker tip can be advanced by the rotating bottom ring. The indoor/outdoor permanent paint is weather resistant and dries quickly after application. Can be used on a variety of surfaces and will not drip on vertical surfaces. It is a tough marker for tough jobs. Would recommend this to anyone.

These solid paint markers are fun to use. They are a lot more sheer and translucent than I thought they'd be. Twisting the end to expose more of the marker is tough, but I've found the same so far with another brand, so maybe it's normal. It's also hard getting small details with these but not impossible.
