I'm using it as a complement to my shoulder pain treatment, I feel like it's relaxed a lot. I use it at night along with other medications that were advised by my orthopedist. Great product. The only thing I didn't like very much was to add the ice, the entrance is small because just cold water didn't work well, so I needed to add ice. But hot water is perfect.

Very cute and works well, does not leak at all. We use it without the sleeve because its too thick and the warmth doesnt go through easily.
