The refills are genuine. Nice smooth flow and beautiful colors! I could've bought refills only for the same price, but decided that an extra pen would be nice. The problem is, that this pen is NOT made for these refills. Turned out it is just an "extra", that has nothing to do with original Sarasa Grand pen. I've previously bought three Sarasa Grand 0.5 mm pens, that's how much I like them! Constant flow, thin tip, very comfortable, though heavy, pen. This is Not Sarasa Grand and NOT 0.5mm tip pen! (On photo black pen with golden tip is what arrived with refills, and the blue pen - is my older Sarasa Grand pen)

Great colors, no skipping, no drying out, and good line weight.

I am a Zebra / Surasa fan for life and use most all models of their 0.5 and 0.7 sized gel pens. I love the white clip vintage pen sets, and that these refills fit those pens as well as the Grand. Note: They could probably insert the wording 'refills for a Grand', so that you don't think you're getting a grand pen. But the listing clearly states that the set of gell inks (for Grand models), comes "With Original Stylus Ballpoint Touch Pen", not a Grand model. So no confusion there. And that's my main point of this review: I actually LOVE the gift pen! The included "original Stylus Ballpoint" pen is insanely light. I don't see it listed separately for purchase. So I will be ordering another set just to get a 2nd ballpoint pen. Another thing to love about this Sarasa listing and refills set- is the environmentally friendly way that Zebra/Sarasa makes their gell refills fit across several models (yes!). Cheaper for the consumer; better for the environment. Excellent! Thank you Zebra.
