Definitely a morning blend

I've tried several Satoomi supplements at this point. None of them have negatively impacted my stomach and the blends seem to be as clean as they can get. This particular magnesium blend is fairly good. Vitamin D and Mag go great plus L theanine for calmness. However, I do believe that the vitamin D messed up my sleep cycle so I have only taken this in the morning since and it's been great for calm steady energy all day. I haven't gotten drowsy at all. The price is just right but you may end up spending more on this compared to others as it is a 30 day supply. The pill size is quite small. It's about the length of a laptop key but very thin. So far, I'd recommend this mag blend.

A Very Potent Mix of Magnesium, L-Theanine, D3, Apigenin, Ashwagandha, Lion's Mane & Shilajit

I take Magnesium Glycinate regularly at bedtime but last night I broke routine, took 1 capsule of this product for the first time. I experienced very deep sleep with vivid dreams. I know that Mag Glycinate promotes sleep and relaxation but last night's quality of sleep was beyond the usual experience. Not having experimented with a supplement having multiple ingredients (7) previously, I will have to revisit this review with more updates. I'm planning to vary the dosage (2 capsules, suggested dosage) as well as experiment with mixing just the Glycinate & L-Threonate forms (other brands) for comparison Vegan, non-GMO, GMP sourced, lab-tested. Overall, a good product that promotes sleep and relaxation.

Each of these ingredients have their own uses that a quick search can reveal. I have yet to try the Satoomi brand, which is made in India. Normally that wouldn't raise any eyebrows from me, but there have been some quality concerns raised over the pharmaceuticals made there in the past couple years. However, even those concerns might not have bothered me much due to the supplement industry being somewhat insulated from pharma but... The hesitation that I have, now, is the fact that the images included on the web page seem to purposefully hide the "Made in India * Premium Quality" badge underneath the supplement facts. If you scroll down to the bottom of the page, just before reviews, it does state "country of origin: India" but I feel that not many people read every word of a webpage before ordering. Despite the concerns mentioned above, if your product is good quality, take pride in it. I'll be giving these supplements a try and hope for the best.
