Great rub

I used this on some chicken tenders in the air fryer. I rubbed them down and cooked them up. The brown sugar kept them sweet, the garlic savory, and the red pepper spicy...but not spicy hot where you can't eat them. Just enough. Perfect combo. Great flavor. Excited that I have 2 tins to use. Next, I will probably try on some ribs.

Great Rub, Tinge of Heat with A Taste of Sweet

Apparently these are award-winning, I don't know. I do know that they taste pretty great. Each order comes with two tins, about average-sized compared to similar seasoning tins you can purchase from a high-end grocer. Pricing-wise, it is about on-par. It relies heavily on brown sugar to provide much of the sweetness, and also claims to include a variety of spices. Garlic is most prominent in the spice mix, with fairly large granules dispersed throughout the rub. Plenty of little pepper flakes and seeds as well to help provide the heat. I tried it on some chicken thighs in the air-fryer, letting the seasoning marinate the meat for a good thirty minutes. The taste is quite nice, with plenty of prominent sweetness and a lingering heat that isn't overwhelming. The amount of salt is just right as well, but you could always add more after cooking. I can definitely see this being used on fatty pork cuts, or even some beef if you're into that. You get a fairly good amount to use with two tins, but you may end up going through one tin fairly quickly.

I bought a sample pack of 4 spices, but this flavor.... I am obsessed. I sprinkle it into mac and cheese and add it to grilled cheese. My child gets the regular flavor, and I get the tasty adult flavor. Their website has about 1000 recipes for their product and I would recommend checking that out, too.

Seasoning Time Saver!!

The media could not be loaded. I am looking for ways to create health meals speedy. I was attracted to this one because its sugar free. I have sprinkled it on my precooked tofu and today with chicken in my air fryer. I ta good by itself but I plan to put it into a wrap, or with veggies/salad for quick lunches for the week. Took me a total of 15 mins to make. Speed and Super good!
