I have tried several brands of socks but have been unable to wear them at night due to the compression on my heel turning painful and waking me up. These socks have a heel that is made of a thinner, stretchier material compared to the rest of the sock and I am very excited to wear them to bed tonight to test it out! The compression is excellent and very comfortable. I measured my arch as they recommended and the sizing based on that is perfect. If I can make it through the night with these I will buy several more pairs. Will update after!

I bought my first pair over a year ago. They have helped soothe my night time painful feet so much! I wear them every night. I tried other brands, but they were not nearly the quality of this brand. I had to buy more! The packaging is well thought out, they even included a nice little welcome card in each package. I definitely recommend these socks!! They hold up really well after multiple washings. I would say that for me, I did size up, just because I don't like them to fit too tight. I'm happy I did. Love all the color choices too :)

First of all I was not expecting much. I read the reviews and it seemed like these socks would either work or not do anything. I ordered them thinking it was worth a shot. I had previously tried over the counter inserts, Dr. prescribed and formed inserts, expensive supportive shoes, ice, exercises, etc. Nothing seemed to help my foot pain. I finally tried one of the over the counter braces that hold your foot in position at night but it was hard to sleep with it on and if I got the straps too tight, I would wake up in pain where the strap was putting too much pressure on my foot. I did however notice improvement and much less pain when I wore the brace and if I didn't wear it, the pain in my heel returned in the morning. So with this in mind I thought the socks were worth a try. The socks arrived and I immediately put them on. First impression was that they were not tight enough to do much good (I ordered a size large and wear a size 10 shoe) but I figured I would give it a bit and see what happened. Well much to my amazement, in about 20 minutes I realized my feet felt better! These socks were really a surprise. I wore them for 5 or 6 hours after they arrived, then I went to bed with them on and woke up with no foot pain in the morning. I have been wearing them ever since. Even though they don't feel overly tight, they do feel snug and I guess they compress my foot at the instep enough to keep the tendon stretched and not make my foot or heel hurt. They don't seem to stop circulation in my foot and they do stay on and don't slip around on my foot. Now don't get me wrong, I still have some pain if I stay on my feet all day. But these socks do ease the pain. Before I started using a brace at night, I could barely walk in the morning my heel and instep hurt so much. But with the brace being used the last 3 weeks and now just wearing the socks, the pain is pretty much gone or not really noticeable when I first get up. I haven't worn the brace for three nights now (I do wear the socks) and my feet feel good in the morning. I did try leaving the socks off for a few hours yesterday and maybe it is psychological but my feet did feel a bit sore after a few hours of not wearing them. The socks seem well made and after three days of use are not showing any signs of loose stitching or poor quality. I have not washed them yet and I guess I will see how things are doing in a month. But for now I am very pleasantly surprised at how well they work and how much better my foot feels with them on. I plan to buy a few more pairs and hopefully they will continue to make a difference.

I read many reviews before buying/ receiving my 1st pair 2 weeks ago (Sept. 15, 2020). Since then Ive bought 5 more pairs. I would love to get more, but theyre so pricey. Ive worked retail for over 15 years. Logged many hours in high heels and used to pound the pavement (road runner vs treadmills etc.). Needless to say, Ive had terrible plantar fasciitis and general foot pain for years. I searched on my own and got fitted for quality supportive shoes (Brooks running shoes and Dansko for daily use, and Mephisto for nicer looking options). When it was really bad, I would literally crawl on my hands and knees to get around the house. And yes. Despite my high pain tolerance, eyes would water due to the pain. This while popping 800mg+ a day of ibuprofen, icing, and little massage balls for the feet. The podiatrist I saw said I was basically SOL (s*** out of luck), and only offered the band-aid of cortisone injections. Tried the orig. Strassburg Sock, knock-off version of the Strassburg sock, smaller night splints, and giant robot leg boot splints. The giant boot splints worked the best. But for someone who runs hot, side sleeper, and lives in hot Southern California, it really isnt ideal to wear the big bulky boot splints overnight. And the boot splints dont help the other 16+ hours Im awake and about. For the first time in over a decade, I can go through a day without terrible plantar fasciitis pain. Because of these socks. I love these. I wear one pair all day long, and wear a fresh pair overnight. I measured my arch (and included a photo of that). I wear womens size 9 running shoes (but 7.5 in sandals/heels) because my feet while long, are somewhat narrow (width from side to side) and have a shallow/low profile (from top of the foot down to the sole). Thats why I appreciate that this manufacturer makes different sized socks and included arch measurements in addition to shoe sizing for size reference. I ordered these socks in a medium. Theyre comfortably snug. Like the best hug. But for your foot. Cons: price. I obviously saw other sellers here on ZeeBooth selling similar socks. I tried one. BLITZU. It is uncomfortably tight at both ends of the socks, yet not supportive through the arch. And despite being so tight, still managed to move and curl at the ends when worn with sandals or sneakers. These SB SOX are way better. They also feel sturdier. I worry I will tear the other brand when trying to put on and take off. But these cost so much more. And every day, the price of these SB SOX goes up. Very disappointing. Also, I included a photo to try to show, but one of these socks is now stained. Its hard to see in the photo, but pretty obvious in person. I realize stained coloring doesnt impair the efficacy, but its not cheap and I dont think it should be so easily stained. Im also concerned that these might stretch out/loosen over time and lose efficacy due to that. Im hoping that doesnt occur (or at least not for many many months). Id like to also add, in the last two weeks, Ive gone from doing about 6 miles a week on the elliptical, to doing 28-32 miles a week. And despite the dramatic uptick in activity, with the help of these socks, experiencing minimal foot pain. Dont get me wrong they havent magically stopped all pain. But for the first time in a decade, I feel like I can casually decide to go to a grocery store without planning my day around it to avoid hobbling and limping through the aisles. SB Sox please feel free to send me any free socks. ;) Please also consider offering a bulk purchase discount or bundle. 15% off 3 pairs or more isnt helpful especially when the price has gone up every two days.
