I am one of those people who loves to doodle on graph paper. I go through reams of it and have boxes of saved floor plans, garden plans, projects i want to build, designs, etc. everywhere. I typically never look at them again, so it is just a lot of wasted paper, really. This is my attempt to cure my obsession and save a few trees all at the same time. The board is smooth, sturdy and wonderful to play with. I find that the dry erase markers work great on it and I am not wasting paper for quick ideas. I will still go with regular paper on things I plan to use long-term, but this is a great way to jot down creative ideas for changing and developing. It is so inexpensive too--you really can't go wrong if you are a doodler!

Okay, nerding out here, but this is great for figuring out points of sail based on wind direction. Now if the wind would follow the compass points, then I'd know how to trim a sail. Moving from the theoretical to the actual has not been my strongest suit in mastering sailing. Though excited to share this tool with the Sea Scouts as they learn to trim sails. Oh, and of course, it can be used for other math, geometry, map stuff. While I hated this stuff in school, now that I choose to do it, this stuff is fun!

Got this for my bf since he loves whiteboards of all kinds lol. Not quite sure what to use it for just yet, but it does the job it's supposed to as far as a white board goes, and seems like it will come in handy for particular use cases at some point, but even if not, it is great for sketching things. It's nice that it's two-sided and it seems really sturdy and easy to clean. I've gotten a few products from this company and all have been good and affordable. Overall, I recommend!

This circular grid is great for polar graphing, except that it does not have radian measures marked. If you plan on using this with students, this could work for or against you. It would have been nice if one side had degree measurements and the other side had a circular grid with radian measures rather than being a blank side. The board does clean easily IF you use a dry/erase marker. I used a marker that was labeled as dry erase and it did not clean well, but when I used one that I knew was dry erase without a doubt, the markings erased easily. If you have an off-brand marker and aren't sure, maybe test it out where it won't be easily noticed or disrupt your graphing if it doesn't clean off.

As pictured... one side of this 12 inch x 12 inch dry erase board features a light green polar coordinate chart for use by students (or others) who have a need for that and the reverse side is a plain whiteboard which can be used for diagrams, reminders, etc. The surface is very 'write-able' and cleans up easily to pristine condition. The board looks to be about 1/8" thick with a masonite type center board. It's stiff enough to pack safely with books in a backpack and if kept dry and not abused should last a long time. It is a bargain at the the asking price IMHO.
