Nice grabber tool

The pick-up tool just came today, so I haven't had a chance to try it yet. However, I have given it a once over, and it looks really well made. It has four prongs that are sturdy and are completely recessed into the tool when not in use. When the spring-loaded button is depressed, the prongs extend about 1/2" out and spread out to about a 1/2". The spring action is firm but smooth. Great for picking up small screws by their heads. The tool is only about 4.5" so it's only good for a short reach. I fix antique clocks (hobbyist) and it will be great for reinstalling the clock works into the case. The price is right too. It comes in a clear plastic vinyl case with a Velcro seal for storing when not using.

Works as it should

I purchased this with the intention of holding captive beads for my earrings. It picks them up well and makes it much easier to do so. I was hoping that it would help me to get them on my earrings easier, however it did not. That also may just be me. Had I been trying it on someone elses ears, it may have worked better for me, but trying to do it on my own ears didnt work so well. Overall, definitely a great product, just didnt help me in the way I needed it to.
