I cant comment on the health benefits of sea moss but I now feel confident in this brand given the Made in USA promise, along with the other certifications and having handled this product first hand. Bottle is nicely printed and tinted to protect from light. Was safety sealed and stamped on the bottom with expiration date that is still several years away. Capsules are rather large, so consider that if you have swallowing issues. Theyre also kind of light weight, which can also make it hard to swallow since it floats on the top of your mouth. No real odor, other than faintly like spices. More noticeable but not unpleasant scent when I pour out capsule contents, similar to a faint chalky turmeric scent but not objectionable. No bad seafood smell or anything like that. I feel confident in mixing this into a smoothie without adding a funky taste. Contents are a rich earthy yellow, mustard color and smell fresh, not clumped or anything weird. Im adding this brand to my list of trusted suppliers since this sea moss seems legit.

I have tried several sea moss products in the past year so I feel I can give a fair review here. These are easy to swallow, have no after taste, and include multiple ingredients. For this, I like them. The price is also very affordable. Sea Moss in general can be expensive. For the price it's worth trying for yourself to decide. I will continue to take these, but will not reorder in the future.
