I like the size of the capsule. It's small so it's easy to swallow. Since I began taking it, my digestion has improved.

I received the ox bile a few days before ZeeBooth"s expected arrival, which I was super grateful for, as I was in critical need to use.!Thanks again Seekin Health. They have great customer service as well. So as long as I use 2 or 3 with my high fat, deuterium depleted diet, with IBS and SIBO symptoms, I have normal bowel movements instead of diarrhea and less burping ,and no side pain, as long as I use enough capsules. I also no longer have foul smelling bowel movements, as Seeking Health's ox bile comes from grass fed animals, rather than a previous brand that wasn't and consequently from toxic, unclean parts of animals.The price is super in comparison to other brands!

I bought this to help with my bloating and sibo symptoms. I've had digestive issues forany years but they have becanr unbearable lately, so I started the fodmap diet, that and or intermittent fasting are the only things kind of helping--no bread no sugar. When I get weak and go off the diet I'm in misery, this sucks bc I love beans and even with intermittent fasting I tend to get bloated and real uncomfortable after eating. This supplement has helped tremendously...if eat a regular meal I take one, if I eat something a little bad I take two....also for the first time in my adult life I'm sleeping like a baby since starting this. I've had sleeping issues always ....which I guess maybe that's related to my digestion problems? I do not EVER remember sleeping so well, which in turn has made me feel better all day bc I'm well rested. I wish I knew about this stuff many years ago!!

I bought this product because I was having issues with digesting fatty foods. I chose this product, based upon some of the reviews. I honestly can say, this works for me! I don't experience pain after eating yogurt, avocados, or, fried zucchini. When I eat, I take a capsule and I'm good, however, if you experience burning or heartburn just drink some aloe vera juice. It may mean you did not consume enough fat to warrant taking it. If you enjoy eating foods high in fat (healthy fats,) because your on a keto diet. This product can aid in breaking down the fats that your gallbladder may be having a problem with. I'm just happy it works for me! I will advise anyone taking this NOT to let the capsule linger the your tongue because it tastes awful, my opinion obviously. And, though the capsule is small, it's very powerful. I take between 1-2 a day, only with meals, especially if it is high in fat.

I've had gallbladder problems for years. A doctor recommended trying bile salts, and I found these on ZeeBooth for a fair price. I will say that they helped. I noticed some improvement of symptoms. While taking 2 with a meal helped better than 1, I would still have some referred gallbladder pain with things like eggs or steak. Taking 3 caused gastro distress and diarrhea. I've found a different brand which includes digestive enzymes in it's formula and it seems to work better for me. If you are looking for a decent Ox Bile/Bile Salts formulation it is worth it to give this brand a try. Bile salts work well for those with a sick gallbladder or for those who have had their gallbladder removed, especially if you have problems digesting fatty foods or suffer from bloating, indigestion, reflux, or gas after eating. Like I said, I did notice improvement with this brand. I personally just needed a slightly different formulation. I would have no problem purchasing this brand again if I was unable to find the brand I'm currently using. The benefit was noticeable.
