When the box arrived, I was certain it was incorrect. It was such a tiny box! But everything you need is in there and the extensions are nice. The squeegee itself is pretty small and not what I'd consider heavy duty. This is for smaller jobs and lighter duty.

I debated whether to give this squeegee 3 stars and 4 stars. I really don't care for its design too well, but it does a decent job, so I ended up barely giving it 4. It comes in several pieces, including 3 extensions plus the extension that attaches to the head. This gives you the option of a short squeegee to a fairly long squeegee. It also comes with a couple different heads for wetting/scrubbing your windows that are held on by velcro, therefore easy to change, yet stayed on very well. Overall, it was very easy to assemble, and it is adequately strong when put together. The head holds water well for cleaning your glass without holding so much it drips forever. And the squeegee does clear the water off well... at least, in my case, until you get to the bottom of the window. However, I don't like how the blade is straight out from the handle making it a more awkward angle for squeegeeing the water off. This straight angle and the flex that is built into the head makes it very difficult to finish a window when you get to the windowsill.

Although the product info says this is great for car windows, it is a great product for cleaning outdoor windows. The squeegee comes with a sponge strip, a cloth strip and a silicone blade. These are strong enough to clean, but soft enough not to scratch glass. It comes with extension poles so can reach top of tall windows.

Needed a lengthy window squeegee and this unit seems like a good value. The length is as described, and assembly is easy. The silicone scraper is effective. The unit can be taken apart, but most people probably won't do that, and I wish the extension poles could be longer as I wanted to see if I can reach the 2nd floor window and it wouldn't, but for the purpose of cleaning a higher window or sliding door window, it's good enough. The attachment sponge and microfiber cloth is fine, but may need more of a scrubber for bird poop and other more resistant stains on the window. Overall, a good product for the price.

PROS: - It is easy to put together. You just twist several metal poles together in under a minute and you are ready to go. You can also choose how many poles you want to use to get the length you need for the job as they all screw into each other the same. - The metal rods are strong. There is no give or wobble to them. It feels like they will hold up to use for a long time without bending. - If you want some shorter you can just attach the head to the first handle and not have to work with a long pole. - It breaks back down easily if you want to store it; but there is also a hole at the end of the handle making it easy to hang up after use too. - There are two Velcro strips that you can switch out based on what you need. One is microfiber and the other is a sponge. CONS: - I wouldnt say this is a professional Squeegee. It does work great for around the house use though. There is a bit of a learning curve in figuring out the right pressure and how to get the squeegee to drag just right across the glass.
