This Cheesy Seasoning

I like the product on my popcorn. However, I think it is extremely too expensive. TOO EXPENSIVE! It lumps inside the container.

Tasty

Quite a tasty and lightly spicy parmesan sprinkle. I've been sprinkling this stuff on everything, it adds just a hint of spice with that great parmesan flavor.

Pretty good parm

This is a pretty solid choice if your looking for a parmesan that will spice up the food you make. The flavor is pretty good but I've decided to give it a 4/5 stars since compared to other flavors that this company has made I would put this one as my favorite. Saying that though, this parm was still a big hit. It was fresh and had a okay amount of kick to it. I put it on my chicken wings and pizza which worked great. Tried it in some chicken parm pasta and it turned out alright. Overall I would much rather go with this than just a normal boring old parmesan seasoning to put on my food.

Perfect with ANY red sauce (vodka, bolognese, etc.) and especially great as a pizza topping

This was the third parmesan topping we tried by Shawhan Farms after two great bottles of the Truffle Parmesan and the Lemon Pepper Parmesan. For us, Shawhan Farms was 2-for-2 on great parmesan bottles, and now they're at 3-for-3. This was probably our second favorite after the Truffle variety, and beating out the lemon pepper kind that was still great but a bit more basic. This Chile Roasted Garlic had two things we love: a bit of heat and garlic. So it's no wonder it's a great add-in for red sauce pastas and on pizzas. This stuff is basically like red chili peppers and parmesan in one, so it's basically the perfect pizza topper of the three parmesans by Shawhan that we tried. ***Overall Value*** These parmesan bottles are quite big so the $21 (at the time of review) isn't too outrageous. Each bottle lasts for multiple entrees.

It's good...

We've enjoyed all the Shawhan Farms products that we've tried. And we liked this "Roasted Garlic & Chile" Parmesan Cheese, but we were surprised at the mild flavor. Although it tastes OK, the Parmesan cheese flavor seems to be super mild, and the roasted garlic and chile don't really stand out.
