Love this leash

Was have a puppy that will be a monster when he is an adult. So this leash is perfect for me. It fits perfectly in my hand and i don't have a ton of extra leash in my hand that feels too bulky to have a good grip on it. Since he will probably be close to 100lbs have the short leash(paired with a training collar and obedience training) will help keep him by my side and not pull.

Strong hardware.

This short lead has very strong hardware, and the nylon material is also pretty sturdy. It's really the perfect length for walking a very large dog in places like a store or a parking lot. Anywhere you want to have more control and want the dog right next to you as you walk. I appreciate he retroreflective stripes as well, which increases visibility of us when we walk.

Pretty Strong

I got this leash to be used with the new harness for extra control. Im a senior so not as strong as I used to be and I needed shorter leash for when another dog is approaching. It appears to be quite well made and strong so gives me more confidence.

Perfect for leash walking training

I'm excited to use this leash to help with leash training of my standard-size dachshund mix. I am 5'3" and the 18" leash is the perfect length to reach my dog's collar with out having to stoop, or deal with 45 more feet of leash during training. It puts him perfectly at my side, where he should be. The handle is lightly padded with a nice mesh material on the inside, so it feels nice to hold. I was a little disappointed when I saw the clasp to connect the collar because it has that twist-on nut to make it stay closed, but I was pleased when I saw you don't *have* to use that, as it is also a regular spring-loaded swivel clip. I can see where this short leash would be useful for large and powerful dogs as well, but for me, it will just be handy for training.
