I love the colors. They have been good for training. The short length is great to use alone or attach it to a vest. Travels well.

I am so glad that there were two of these leashes in my order - so one is in my car, and one is in my purse - always available. They are well made, and very reasonably priced. Now my husband would find these difficult to use, at 6'1", but for me as a short woman at 5'1", they are the perfect size to use on my growing puppy.- a male boxer. don't have to fold up a larger leash in my hand all the time, and if he drags it around occasionally it won't get dirty on the ground + it is silicone, so easy to clean. I really like them, but my husband can't use them, so perhaps making them each a few inches longer would be beneficial to all size of humans and heights of dogs.

This is excellent for our larger dog who needs an 'escort' to the car as he hates this transition and if you don't escort him, he'll lay in a bush and go limp. It's gotten less cute as he's nearly 80 lbs, and he's done this since a puppy. He's tall so we can clip this on him and he can wear it in the car and have a short walk. It can also work well if you are leash training, having a longer lead and this one clipped on for when you need a shorter hold such as when crossing a street or working on 'heel'. My dog is shorter in stature and this doesn't work well for her as I would have to stoop. I will say that unless you have a very tall dog, you don't want to leave this on while they are playing/running if it is not being used as we have gotten a paw stuck. Didn't lead to an injury thankfully, only some awkward hopping. But I see the potential if this isn't watched. Overall, a useful short lead.

I have two heelers and of course they are runners. They have been so difficult to teach leash etiquette because of this. With a standard leash its hard to rein them in and keep them in especially because Im not strong enough to fight against their pulling when slack can be loosened. These leashes have helped absolutely. Consistently and training is still extremely important, but these have made life easier.
