I love the colors and how strong it is. Multiple pockets that are easy to put papers in and then pull them out quickly. Zipper bag for pens in the back. Clear front picket. Labels included for you to write on. Love this as i am coach and teacher!!

Purchased severalto organize my moms large collection of mailing labels & stamps, another to keep track of her bills/expenses & investment funds, then several more to keep tidy all of my in-depth health research info. Lightweight & sturdy, but quite frustrated with finding the correct size labels for the tabs. Smead encloses a sheet of too large labels w/ each...such carelessness to such a very important detail..hence my dingn of stars. Cant use a marker on them IF each side holds different materials as the tabs are translucent. Been using 2/3x 3-1/2 file folders labels, but theyre awkwardly too small.

I purchased this for work to keep my vendor invoices and miscellaneous receipts in. I have a tab for each of my vendors and this works perfectly to help me keep all of that organized. I love the multiple colors and the customizable, printable tabs that come with it are great! I created a custom front cover which slides right into the front pocket. I had been looking for something like this for a long time and hadn't found exactly what I wanted. A coworker had this and when I saw it I knew I had to have one! I will be purchasing one for each year to keep track of all these invoices and I'm always looking for other things I need to organize that I can use this for as well. The folder holds up well with daily use and being thrown in my work bag.
