Very good product

Soft in my stomach

Quality turmeric form, but a bit pricey

This is a good absorbable and well-studied form of turmeric/curcumin, and I like that there's no fillers or soy in this capsule. I just find it priced a bit high for the one ingredient... you onyl nget 30 capsules in the bottle. The capsules are medium sized, so not small or large to swallow. I'd buy again if it was around 9.99 a bottle.

The ingredients in this supplement are high quality and trustworthy. I love the benefits of turmeric and this particular supplement has a composition that allows for high absorbency of curcumin. Highly recommended!

Easily absorbed form of turmeric but pricey, so more of a specialty product

My physician recommended that I take turmeric, so I always am on the lookout for a good quality supplement. One thing about turmeric is that supposedly it absorbs better if you have some fat with your meal. Some formulas also have black pepper to help with absorption. If you need to avoid fat or black pepper, a supplement like this one might be exactly what you need, and it's from a reputable company, so you are likely getting the stated amount without worries of contamination (according to a leading consumer supplement testing site, most turmeric supplements in the US aren't problematic). I almost always have some form of fat with my meal whether it's from avocados, dairy, or something, and I can also tolerate black pepper with no issue and use it generously in my cooking. For me, that means the I can get away with a lower cost supplement without the Phytosome benefits, so this isn't the best value for me personally. However, I think this is a good quality supplement and might be really helpful for some.
