Fresh Smile and Breath

I have been really enjoying the whitening power of this toothpaste so far. This is the first probiotic toothpaste I have ever used and I am unsure if that is whats aiding the whitening effect, but whatever it may be its cutting through years of crud. Tastes great and leaves a nice fresh breath feeling for hours.

Weird black stuff inside.

I don't recommend, I noticed something black in it like a bug the first time opening it. I'm afraid to even try this product. Very gross!!!!!

Tastes like fruit, not peppermint

July 7, 2024: This SP-6 variety of Yayashi toothpaste is quite different from their SP-4 which I've also used. This one has a strong fruit flavor and it foams up while brushing. SP-6 doesn't seem to include polishing compound. The tube was safety sealed with foil. The production and expiration dates are on the crimped end of the tube. Though this tube doesn't expire for almost two years, it was produced over a year ago. The phrase "Go to Halitosis" doesn't make sense and probably results from a poor translation. I imagine they meant something like "fight halitosis effectively". I think the SP-6 is okay but is less effective for me than the SP-4.

Just okay

This toothpaste is just okay. I actually like and prefer the very light flavor to it compared to most excessively overflavored toothpastes. The texture is unique and kind of hard to describe. It foams really well while brushing and does leave your mouth looking and feeling clean. Is it worth nine dollars for a single tube though? No, I wouldn't get it again at that price. It's good, but it's not great. Just okay. Certainly not nine dollars per tube worth of good, at least to me.
