This ruler is very convenient to use to make neater sketches/tracking tools in bullet journals and planners. One thing to note is that this ruler is a bit bendable and I already was able to fold part of it upon opening, so be very careful when using this stencil because it is easy to bend whereas other stencil rulers that I have used were much harder and didn't bend as easily. The ruler on the side of it can measure from 0-6 inches and there's a nice stencil for tracing a ribbon, a template for adding a monthly calendar to something, some squares and triangles of the same size, and a rainbow looking pattern with the numbers 1-20 although I'm not sure what those are for. I recommend using a thin fine point pen when using this stencil ruler because if your pen is too thick (for example a standard size sharpie or a marker) you will end up making a mark on your stencil as well.

BONBIT Stainless Steel Metal Stencil Ruler is a nice tool for bullet journaling that will last a long time. It's sturdy and well made. The stencil cutouts include many of the basic shapes, with a couple of banners, checklists, and a radial habit tracker. There's a metric ruler on one edge. I can't imagine how difficult it is to decide which of all things you could make stencils of. But I don't think the radial habit tracker is very functional compared to other shapes and banners that could have been put in its place. One last note: I used a 0.5mm gel pen and it struggled to keep constant contact with the paper in the finer-lined parts of the stencil. The body of the pen was scraping against the stencil regardless of which shape I was tracing. An ideal pen to use with this will be very fine tipped and probably also with a longer tip, like a fineliner marker, unless you can handle all the scraping and scratching you'll do while tracing the stencils.
