I got these to try, because I enjoy taking gummies versus capsules and because my doctor requested I take the nutrients in these gummies while I am in menopause. These are pretty good, but not the best tasting gummy that I've had. They are easy to chew, sugar-free, gelatin free, GMO free and vegan-friendly, which makes them easy for just about anyone to eat. I don't know if they are working, because I haven't had my calcium levels checked or a Dexa bone scan done in awhile, so I have no way to know if they are being absorbed or if they are effective at strengthening my bones or keeping my calcium levels consistent. Regardless, I will be taking these specific nutrients based on advice from my doctor and, because of the evidence available from studies that show these nutrients are a crucial part of a menopausal woman's diet. According to those studies and my doctor, I know that adding a calcium supplement with magnesium, K2 and vitamin D3, is essential for women in menopause, because they help keep bones strong. Based on these studies and my doctor's advice, I will take all 4 nutrients in separate supplements or together in one supplement, until I am told otherwise. I highly recommend this product to anyone who may want to improve the areas I listed above and are looking for a supplement that combines a good number of vitamins and or nutrients, in order to avoid having to take so many capsules or gummies daily. This one requires you to take 2 daily and is sugar free by way of the stevia leaf extract that is used. Make sure to speak with your Dr or pharmacist if you have any health issues, are taking any medication or you have any questions related to this product's safe consumption with other medications you take. This supplement gummy has not cured me of any illnesses or symptoms; it is however, helping me get the proper nutrients I need while in menopause.

Originally I bought these for my kids, as an extra source of calcium. I tried one first - these things are tasty! The orange flavor is very bright - sweet and tart and tastes exactly like a perfectly ripe orange. The texture is good, it's a nice pectin gummy texture. Since these also have vitamin D, I kept them for myself, since I'm supposed to be getting more vitamin D. And I look forward to taking them every day.
