I cant really assess their efficacy because Im really not sure if I can detect a difference, but can say they are easy to take and have a pleasant flavor. The label says mixed berry, but its really kind of a convoluted fruit flavor. I wouldnt have guessed mixed berry if I hadnt read the label.
