I occasionally like to have a few drinks with friends, and I unfortunately am a bit prone to feeling not so great the next day. I have not tried any electrolyte replacement strips before, but was interested in seeing how effective they might be at solving that problem. The first thing I noticed when trying the strips is that they do not really taste like grape at all. Primarily these taste very salty, but there's also a strong menthol taste that could be unpleasant if you've got a sensitive palette. The salty flavor makes sense given the high sodium content of these strips, so I can't complain too much about that, but it would be nice if the grape flavor was more prevalent. They are rather effective at keeping your body hydrated though. I'll admit that using these on the night of, the next morning I would feel much better than usual. I've now used all the strips in the box and there's no denying the improvement these have made to my general experience. I'd be interested in picking up more, perhaps from another (stronger) flavor. I'd recommend these if you don't mind salty or menthol flavors and need something to help keep your body hydrated. They work well, though the flavor might push some people away.

These taste great and did make me feel more hydrated during the day. Would recommend!

I've found this is the quickest and easiest way to get electrolytes into my system. They dissolve quickly on my tongue, taste great, and get into my system quickly. Best of all, it's not loaded with sugar like a lot of electrolyte replacement products; so with zero carbs or sugars, I can use it while intermittent fasting. This terrific product has become an essential part of my health routine.

You can get a better product for electrolyte replacement. The flavor is alright. It is like a grape mint flavor. It doesn't have much salts in it to call it an electrolyte replacement. But if you chose to get something that is easy to carry around here is your product.

The day I received two boxes I ordered of these strips I decided I would go ahead and try one. It was a super hot day and I spent the day at pool swimming. I took just one, let it dissolve and within 2 hours I got a serious headache. I knew that my blood pressure was up because of the kind of headache it was so I thought I better check it. 164/136. I am on BP meds and it is controlled well until I took one of these strips. So I would be very cautious before I took one if you have high blood pressure. I ended up at the ER.
