The product itself appears to be well made, with the gummies having uniform appearance, medium size, and are easy on the taste buds. All this being said, I added this to my daily regimen of supplements and hope the health benefits are realized upon my next checkup and daily routine.

For some of us, we may already get enough iron, so one gummy may be sufficient, and think of the great value for a 3-month supply. For some who are anemic who need two gummies a day, this is still a good value for a 45-day supply. I should note that regular iron pills can be cheaper, but they also can have a taste and may be difficult to swallow, whereas these gummies are easier to "down" and are gentler on the stomach.

This Iron supplement has 20Mg of iron, 90Mg of Vitamin C (to help with iron absorption), 15mg of Zinc, and 15mcg of Vitamin B12. I would say that this is a good dose of iron and an adequate iron supplement and that the added vit C, zinc and B12 are at beneficial doses and are often needed in people with iron deficiencies. However, the doses for the C, B12 and Zinc should not be considered adequate if you have a significant deficiency in them-in which case you should talk to your doctor about adding additional supplements for these 3 additional vitamins. This is sweetened with stevia, and does not use harmful artificial sweeteners. You are looking at zero sugars for these gummies. These also claim to have zero artificial colors or flavors and are Vegan friendly. There are 90 gummies included in the package and the serving size is 2-So you get about a month and a half of supplements in this jar. The flavor is interesting in the beginning but there is no bad after-taste. So far, my stomach has tolerated them well in the 5 days I have been taking them, but I also make sure to eat something with all of my supplements. Note that this is made in China for a US distributor and provides a hotmail email address for company contact. That is super suspect to me. When looking up the VidaBotan company, the company trademark comes from China and the trademark owner is an individual. This also says it is GMP certified but Chinas GMP certification process differs from the US. Take this information for what it is and tread carefully. I do not like that there is no official company email address. Super sketch. My review is assuming that this supplement is as advertised.

These are the first Iron gummies i've tried, they have a slight aftertaste. But from what i've read, that's pretty hard to avoid. Otherwise they don't taste bad at all!

These have a nice flavor similar to eating a natural fruit jerky or roll up. Not super sticky like some gummies that stick to your teeth and overall doesn't leave an after taste making them pleasant to take. I had no aftereffects like with some iron supplements that can upset your stomach.
