As I'm getting older I'm noticing more issues with my eyes- slow to focus and problems at night. I take supplements for other things so decided I should start taking something for eye health. I have added this into my morning routine- the capsules are small and easy to swallow. It's hard to know if they're helping yet but I'm not having any negative side-effects so that's good.

Super easy to take. Just take one soft gel a day to help with eye health. Less strain on our eyes since we are on our screens a good portion of the day. It comes with 50ct. Happy with this.

So these are an inexpensive alternative to many of the eye vitamin options on the market, with just a few caveats... The Good: Nothing but Lutein and Zeaxanthin. The two most studied and recommended supplements for your eyeballs. So many other brands are packed full of additional vitamins that most of us already get with our daily vitamins or meals. That is a bonus for this bottle. The softgels are easy to swallow with no real taste as they go down. The bottle has a total of 50 servings, which is a pretty high count for such a low price. Non-GMO and free of much of the stuff that nobody wants in their diets anymore. Not marketed as 'clean' due to the dye and gelatin...etc...but getting closer. The OK: I'm not an eye doctor, but with just a little research you can see that the ratio of L to Z is off based on most recommendations. This bottle has the max 20mg of Lutein that the industry feels is safe for daily intake. Many of the drugstore brands come in at 2 - 10 if you're lucky. So points for the 20mg. But then they lose those points for only 1mg of Zeaxanthin, since most eye doctors will tell you that you need more Zeaxanthin to help the Lutein do its job. Shorter version: 1mg is not enough if you do the ratio math. But that is just my non-scientific scientific opinion. Supplements and their results are so subjective. Bottom line...if you're looking for a high dosage of quality Lutein, this bottle could still be your choice. The brand is well respected for their quality and you get 50 days of the good stuff without taking in more unneeded vitamins. Solid 4 stars.

This Lutein and Zeaxanthin supplement works very well. I am taking a medication that gives me a bit of blurry vision, and this has helped with that quite a bit. Although you should always consult your physician before taking supplements (I always do), I can recommend this one highly. Both supplements are excellent in helping your vision, and while it may not improve it, it can certainly keep it from getting worse. I have taken these without any negative effects at all, and have reaped the benefits from this, which is the biggest plus. My eyes do not ache anymore, and these are the only two ingredients in the bottle. You take one gel cap per day, they are smallish and easy to take, and there are enough for nearly two months. The price is excellent for the product, and I am going to order another bottle today. I am happy with the results from these, and I would definitely recommend them to others.
