Beyond being delicious, this stuff is pretty fascinating. The texture when cold is kind of like those tv-dinner microwave brownies from back in the day, but with only a little heat it turns into a delicious luxurious chocolate sauce that's good on just about anything. Great product.

Wow, is this tasty! Its pricey for a small jar, but it really tastes like fine dark chocolate. Its sweet but not too sweet, complex but not bitter. I warm a spoonful in the microwave for a few seconds, then scoop ice cream into the bowl like a reverse sundae, but it would also be great as a glaze on chocolate desserts. Honestly I could just eat it with a spoon, but Im trying to maintain some modicum of restraint.

The smell is terrific, very chocolatey. The sauce is very thick at room temp. Installation/setup: Eat with a spoon, add to ice cream, heat for a dessert drizzle. Final thoughts: Very delicious dessert topping. The sauce is tempting to just sit and eat it with a spoon. Its very rich and has a great flavor. I like that it is made with no preservatives, Im sure we get enough of those in everything we eat nowadays. I tried to make a fudge swirl in my ice cream maker but I think it was too thick. I may try one of the recipes on the website next. I like that it is in a glass jar too, I feel better about putting things in the microwave in glass rather than plastic. I like this and Im glad I got it. Im thinking about buying more when this is gone. 1 star - I don't recommend it at all, poor quality. 2 stars - I don't recommend it, it has multiple faults, or a very high price. 3 stars - It's passable, It has some faults but the quality is ok for what it is. 4 stars - Product quite acceptable, it does what it promises. 5 stars - Product that I totally recommend.

This Sunday Night Founders Reserve dark chocolate & sea salt sauce is absolutely delicious! It definitely tastes gourmet. I love that it can be heated up right in the jar so it can be poured over anything youd like (I used it on brownies & ice cream), or it can be spooned in thicker portions without heating. Once the jar is opened, it should be stored in the fridge, so it will get thicker to use when cold. The flavor is quite rich, which I absolutely love! Now Ive got to try the dark and decadent chocolate, so onto ordering that flavor! I love that its made in the USA with quality ingredients. I will be back for more!

This Dark Chocolate and Sea Salt Chocolate Sauce from Sunday Night is rich without being too sweet. If you love the center of a classic "molten brownie" lava cake you'll love this chocolate sauce. The sauce has a thick consistency at room temperature, thick enough to make it tricky to use that way, but the instructions suggest a portion can be warmed up in a microwave to help it flow for use. When I'm only preparing ice cream for myself, I just dealt with the thick blob of sauce and got a little bit on my spoon for each bite. If you're preparing an impressive batch of brownies for a gathering then I can totally see making use of more of this sauce and going through the steps of warming it up (although sitting the jar in a warm water bath may also work vs a microwave).
