May be labeled as a "play" wallet but it's great for a kid learning responsibility for their money

I know this says "play" wallet but I bought this for my 11 year old son as an actual wallet. I got tired of him coming to me for his money or him losing his money because he only wears basketball shorts or because he misplaces it. This wallet has a cute design, as you can see it is as large as my hand and I have rather large hands for a female, the Velcro is sturdy, there's plenty of secret pockets, a zipper pocket for change, a larger pocket for bills and as you can see you can close the wallet with the metal clasp outside of the wallet so that your child can attach it to their pant loop, belt loop, lanyard...or pretty much anything so it doesn't get lost. It's really great for a first time wallet user...or you can use it for what it says it's for...play. LOL. Whatever you want to do, it's a great deal.

The listing calls this a toy wallet, but I ordered it to be actually used to carry money for a young person. It is a velcro wallet with many pockets. It has a zippered pocket, which is perfect for storing loose change. It also has a money pocket for larger bills. It folds open to expose the pockets and closes by velcro securely. It is a great way to help a young person learn to responsibly keep track of their money and keep it together when they are ready to spend it.

Extremely well made

This little wallet is a perfect gift for a growing boy, tween, or even teenager with a sense of fun. The wallet is very well stitched and has pockets for everything: large bills, change zipper, clear ID viewer, 3 ready access credit cards, 3 side access card pockets, and a key clip. It closes with sturdy velcro. The wallet itself is stitched with a sturdy outdoor fabric and trimmed with double-stitched twill tape. I'm certain it will wash and wear well.

Works for real too

My teen daughter actually wanted this to use as a real wallet. She really likes it and says it fits well in her backpack as well as her pocket when necessary.
