These are great. I'm not sure if it's from these or not, but I've noticed I have less cravings to eat throughout the day or just eat when I am bored. I don't feel hungry between meals. If you don't want to make & drink the powdered fruit & veg drink mixes and don't want to take a pill, I would definitely give these a try! The taste is good (to me). Tastes like a gummy, but not quite as sweet as say a gummy bear candy. The smell of the green one is not bad, but not quite as inviting as the red. (Again, I'm not saying it smells bad! ha. It just smells slightly more "green veggie") The texture is similar to a gelatin free gummy. If you've have the Jolly Rancher or Jelly Belly gummies, it is just like those. The serving suggestion is two daily. I take one of each.

They are for children and adults so it is very convenient for us to have these instead of having to buy some for children and some for adults. Made of natural ingredients. Long term effects? I don't know yet as with any other supplement it would take consistent and regular use to show effects/benefits long term.
