Did not receive item. What happened I have no idea. I'm very upset for not getting my vitamin.

Sometimes my husband and I dont really eat as healthy as we should. My husband decided that he wanted to start taking a multivitamin. I was checking out some options and came across these fruit and veggie supplements. We decided this could be a good option to try. They contain a wide variety of healthy fruits and veggies. They are easy to take capsules and they do not cause any stomach upset. I think they contain a great variety of ingredients but I cant really say that I have seen any noticeable benefits

I've been a fan of the multi- greens and fruit supplements for a while and while they certainly aren't' the same as simply adding more fruits and veggies to your diet, they are better than nothing. That said, these seem to be pretty good. They're well made with no defects or manufacturing issues. The capsules are standard size and while the serving size is on the higher side (4) it's not terrible. Overall, decent muti-supplement.

This Super Greens and Reds supplement blends powderized fruits and vegetables into a two easy to swallow caplets. These types of supplements are intended to "shore up" any "holes" in your diet--they provide tons of super-foods blended into a fine powder, so if your diet is missing out on adequate amounts of fruits and vegetables, this will help fill those "nutritional gaps." It appears to be relatively low calorie, low carb, gluten free, vegan friendly, and organic. The capsule claims to be vegetable based, not gelatin (which is animal byproduct). The pills are medium-large--not honkin' big like some OTC vitamin supplements--with little to no aftertaste. There is a "flavor" to your burps, if you know what I mean--but it's fruity. The power smells fruity and complex--which is pleasant, and breaking open a capsule revealed a fine powder. Do these supplements work? Do your own research. IMO they provide easily attainable vitamins, minerals, and super-food nutritional benefits without the hassle of eating those foods (kale? YUCK!). If you feel like your diet is lacking in the full spectrum of benefits, this is intended for you. Cons that I have read is the cost vs eating the actual foods (this is intended to be a 1 month supply), plus the bio-availability of nutrients is FAR BETTER coming straight from the foods themselves, if eating them directly is an option. I am getting to an age where making healthier choices kind of nags the back of my brain--I got family and junk I reckon I should stick around to enjoy, so I have been adjusting my diet and eating habits, as well as trying to be more mindful of what I'm putting in my body. I know I'm not eating enough fruits or superfoods, so we'll see how I feel after a month of using this!
