This package comes with 48 patches, half are small and half are larger size. I've used them several times on problem areas and haven't had any issues with them. Your skin should be washed before use or else oils from your skin will move the patches. When these are on my face, these are nearly invisible. It took me a couple applications to see results, but I can't say this helped any quicker than other types of products (gels, creams, etc.). However, this is a nice alternative to avoid all that.
