I forgot how much it was but I really like it. Always use the blue cushioned side first till no longer cold enough then invert to the other side for the rest of time. Total time around 40 minutes. Easy to store in freezer in zip lock bag so ready when you need it.

Ive suffered from headaches for many many years, I wish this wouldve been available years ago. Truly helps & I dont have to hold it. It wraps around the head. Great for swelling from dental work, and I get really hot in the early morning hours, so I wrap this around my neck to help me cool off. Its versatile & to me its worth every penny!

It's comfortable and it works, but it doesn't stay cold for very long.

I've always suffered from heavy forehead sweat, a condition called hyperhydrosis. Unfortunately, I'm also a runner, and my head can sweat pretty heavily for a couple of hours after a run, even after a cold shower. This thing really helps cool my forehead down and reduce sweating. It's comfortable, and I'm glad there's a plastic side as well as a cloth side. My only problem is that this thing does not stay cold for very long. After running 8 miles and taking a fifteen minute cold shower, I put this thing on (using the colder plastic side) and set a timer for 15 minutes. When the timer went off I took it off. the plastic was warm to the touch, and the thing was no longer cold at all. I wish it lasted much longer.

Alright, Chief, lemme spell it out for ya

Listen, Im Mister Chronic Migraine Official over here so I am no stranger to ice packs and ice head bands. You get what you pay for and youre getting a product that ought to cost more for how simple yet effective it is. It gets uncomfortably cold on the white plastic side (great for freezing skin off and murdering sore muscles) and then pretty cold on the blue cotton-y side for headaches and what not. Now after like a year of heavy usage the blue cotton-y band started to peel off of the headband itself, eventually leaving just the cold plastic gel filled headband. Still fine yet the exposed side where the cotton used to sit felt very fragile to pressure so be careful. Within about 6 months of use the velcros cotton side, not the plastic mini hooks, started to rip off and become just floaty useless strands. There might be some finesse to putting on and taking off Velcro and I guess I dont have it so my Velcro eventually became useless towards the end of this year. Im buying it again because for $8 or whatever you cant beat its simplicity....and I stepped on mine causing it to explode out its white goop on my sock... :) oops. Also its great for powering through headaches when youre working continuously on the computer for long hours. GREAT BUY FOR MONEY BUT DONT EXPECT IT TO LAST FOREVER SINCE ITS A $8 PRODUCT, CAN YOU DIG IT?
