Nice But Not Stellar Product | Good Ingredient Mix Overall

NOTES: (1) This product contains vitamin B, CoQ10, and moringa -- all of which are backed by evidence to be beneficial. (2) However, the dosages are rather low -- 200 mg of CoQ10 is okay, but vitamin B is pretty common, and you can get more potent supplements containing moringa. (3) The price of around $20 is decent, but consider that you only get a 30-day supply. Each serving is 2 capsules. (4) I didn't notice much of an effect from this product, but that doesn't mean it won't work for you -- responses to supplements can vary greatly. Overall, I think this is a nice, middle-of-the-road supplement. (5) Made in the USA is always appreciated.

This product works !

I tried both the Energy & Focus and the Nerve Supplement from Dr. Connor. After three days, I kid you not, I noticed that my legs didn't feel like lead at the end of the day. I had much more energy and was more alert. I will be buying another two month supply soon.

A mix of several helpful supplements; made in the USA

My April 2024 order of Cardina by Dr. Connor Energy Essential with Thiamine, Vitamin B12, CoQ10 & Moringa, 60 Capsules arrived with an intact under-the-lid consumer protection seal and an Expiration Date of July 2025 (on the bottom of the bottle). The capsules are normal size I measured 22mm in length. Bottle directions indicate a daily dose of 1-2 capsules, while the Supplement Facts panels data is listed based on 2 capsules. The label states Made in the USA, and adds With US and Imported Materials. For a serving of two capsules, this supplement contains 250mg of B1, 1000mcg B12, 200mg CoQ10, and 400mg of Moringa Leaf Extract. After taking this supplement for a few weeks, I didnt have any issues but I also dont think I noticed any definite benefits either. Before trying this supplement I was taking a different CoQ10 supplement at dinnertime, so I replaced that one with this Cardina supplement also at dinnertime. Perhaps this supplement is better taken with breakfast at the start of the day instead of in the evening not sure but I may try that. I was a bit worried at the massive amount of vitamin B in this supplement, but after reading more these values are within the upper range that many medical sites recommended for various populations (especially older adults).
