They worked well

These worked surprisingly well for the pain in my thumbs. They were not quite as sturdy as I would have liked, but they did the job.

Advertising is misleading. Material is not compression material; it fits loosely.

Structurally unable to provide compression - material is thin & loose

Needing a new pair of compression gloves for tendonitis flares, I ordered these, as they looked very similar to the old set I have. Unfortunately, despite physically appearing nearly identical, the performance is starkly different. The material of these gloves is incredibly thin and structurally unable to provide the level of compression needed to help tendonitis, arthritis, and other ailments. The cut/design is also off -- they are loose and flare outwards at the bottom. These could work as a liner for actual compression sleeves/gloves. Sometimes compression garments can be uncomfortable and itchy, and wearing a glove underneath can help. But it does not provide relief or compression on its own.

Glove Liners for Wrist Brace!

As a compression sleeve, these would be a disappointment to anyone using just the sleeve on its own for support. As a glove liner inside a separate brace for additional support, its perfect! Ive been wearing these for light support to give some extra padding for my thumb and wrist while spending long hours each day typing. They provide enough light support for that task, although I do wish they offered even more support and compression around the thumb joint in particular. Still, using these as a liner inside another brace makes any support brace instantly more comfortable and definitely makes these sleeves worth their current price of $6.99.

Better used under another thumb brace

This sleeve is too lightweight to provide any real compression. It was also too loose on me in a medium, but there was no small size listed. This sleeve is very silky and comfortable though so I think it will be good to wear as an under sleeve under another stronger thumb brace. I think if you wear it underneath a more substantial brace it would provide nice padding and increased comfort.
