When I began researching different diamond painting companies, I realized that not all of them came with appropriate tools. So, after I ordered a diamond canvas, I went on and ordered this as well. This kit has multiple tools, including trays, sticky pens, the pink glue, and other items. Out of everything that it came with, I was the most impressed with the tweezers, the plastic organizer, and the rolling pin. The tweezers did not come with my canvas, and it is perfect to make sure I place the gems correctly. This kit also came with a small gem organizer with stickers. My design is huge, so the organizer is a little small, but it would be perfect to add a few gem colors to travel with. Finally, using the rolling pin helps make sure the gems are good and stuck on the canvas. I plan to use it when I am wrapping up for the evening. Overall, this is a good beginner kit to get when you order your first canvas.

I was looking for a large tray, and this set came with that and several other tools that I will use. I like the correcters, to help straighten up my diamonds if I laid something a bit wonky. I like the zippered pouch to hold any diamonds that don't fit in my storage containers when kitting up. (I tend to do large paintings. My last couple were about 50 cm x 80 cm, it takes a lot of diamonds to cover those.) And finally, who doesn't need more storage containers, the 28 piece set is great. Will pair up nicely with the other one I have, like it for when I have more than 28 colors. As for the pens, wax, and small trays, I have a ton of those, since they come with every painting, but they are nice to have. The roller will be nice as it's much smaller than the rolling pin I use. Overall, this is a very nice set for the money. I highly recommend it to all new and experienced diamond painters.
