I take glycine with NAC in the evening to help me sleep and as a precursor to Glutathione. I know I'm getting a high quality supplement when I select this brand. I've purchased many of their vitamins over the years and am never disappointed!

Capsules are only 2/3-3/4 filled

This glycine product has definitely helped me sleep better but the downside is that most all the capsules are only 2/3 to 3/4 full. This is certainly a problem for me. The product itself is good but I dont appreciate being shortchanged with underfilled capsules. Its difficult if not impossible to find a filled capsul. Im very disappointed as I have ordered 3 times, hoping it would be corrected. Sadly not the case. Not good business practice!

Great product but.....

Be careful opening these. The seal is a bit unusual and it sliced my thumb open badly. I appreciate a good seal, but the one part can be very sharp. Otherwise it seems to be a great product.

Dreams

I understand this is just an amino acid that helps support glutathione levels. I, in particular have been taking it at night. And my dreams are so visceral. I can remember them so much more clearly and sharply. I can't speak to the science, but it is something else. Like, I've even let my wife try them before bed, and she tells me the same thing. It's just, when you want to remember your dreams, take these. This is less a supplement and more like an invention. I am surprised it's not advertised for this purpose also.
