Have to 5 yr old. We did together and the pink sticky clay isnt enough. I spent lots of time spreading and spreading the clay and still nothing. Aside from that it was fun to do with a 5yr old

My 6 year old unicorn and horse lover had such great time applying thin coat of pink sparkle foam on the unicorn then creating rainbows wings , mane and tail , as many time as she wanted till unicorn become perfect , we left to dry overnight , unicorn become hard . This was such a hit and turned out to be long time friend , she sleeps with her unicorn every night , made by her . Highly recommended fun and engaging gift !

We have gotten this to our younger daughters (4) so it wasn't as age appropriate as I hoped but with adult supervision it turned out to be fun! Spreading the pink goo around the horse was a pretty rough task (especially since it only sticks to itself and not to the horse so a lot of times you fix one side and the other gets ruined) The playdouhg felt dry and had us worried our efforts are in vein, But once you get past it and especially a day later - the fun we had while doing this and the way it came together during the night was a beautiful pink unicorn and fun times spent together, It wasn't the most fun time I've spent but it was a fun time spent! I'm fairly certain you'll have better experience with older kids so do take this review with a grain of salt
