I'd been using E-mergency for years. Then Alacer sold out to Pfizer, who replaced the sweetener (I forget what it was) with Aspartame, known to have health risks. So I looked for a substitute and came up with this. It works pretty well and, unlike many others I tried, is not nauseatingly sweet.

Makes water much more palatable and good for you than a plain bottle of water.

The media could not be loaded. I loved how easy these are to use as a grab and go. I have the Trace Minerals liquid that you add to water and it is definitely more of a hassle than this version. The flavors are great, it replenishes my electrolytes and keeps me feeling good. For the price point, its definitely worth it. Its my mid afternoon pick me up when things are crazy at work.

Been using these little TracePaks for years, with NO disappointments! Awesome stuff with outstanding ingredients, and it literally takes only a minute or two, in half a glass of water. I don't use one every single day, but if I know its gonna be a FULL day, travel day, or highly active day, it just flat out works! No amped-up jittery feeling, just noticeable extra energy. Acai Berry and Watermelon are my faves, the only flavors I buy. Great for your immune system too. (Can't let boxes of em sit around for months, or the packets get hard. Will still dissolve with some vigorous shaking, but at that point you're better off using a small glass jar with a secure lid (or some other kind of shaker bottle where the lid won't fly off when you shake it up)

The doctor and dietician were telling me to drink more water, at least 64floz per day. The trouble is, the more I drank the more I peed, my cells weren't absorbing it. This is a modern phenomenon due to drinking bottled water, which has all the minerals filtered or distilled out. The bottled water producers filter them out to improve the taste of water. However, the minerals are needed to allow your cells to absorb water. Hence the reason I ordered these little sachets. Mine are the Cranberry flavored ones and I add one to my first 16.9floz bottle of water each day. I can now drink the necessary daily amount of water that my body requires to function properly, without getting up six times in the night to pee. Honestly, I feel a lot better, with more energy and mental clarity. Be aware though, it may say Cranberry flavour on the packet and the water does turn the correct color for Cranberry juice once you add it; But it tastes like dirty bathwater left in your navel for two days and then drank directly with a straw. There's a reason this stuff is filtered from your water, as it tastes like roadkill skunk mixed with sweaty vest. However, that said, I do recommend the product for its health benefits and its definately worth drinking.
