This tracing paper is not so thin that you tear it when you write on it and its not so thick that you cant see through it during use. It is durable, but it still works. I use it for drawing on a 2 point perspective board and I can see the board clearly through it. It also doesnt tear despite being used on a moderately hard surface. I give this tracing paper 5 stars. The roll is a pretty good size and I hope to get some more of this paper when I run out. Its not perforated, so you can just cut what you need from the roll with a pair of scissors and use what you cut or if you have a dispenser of some kind that uses paper attached to a tube. This may fit. Either way, this paper is a good choice and I have no regrets about getting it.

This tracing paper is ideal for making my card sketch templates. I can easily trace out my patterns, cut, then write on each piece before storing them in clear storage envelopes. I like the weight of this paper, it's easy to work with, doesn't tear easily and holds up well with repeated uses of the items I've cut out. My favorite part is I don't get paper cuts with this paper. That's a huge plus for me. The 25 yards will last me a very long time and it's easy to store. I slip a hair tie around each end of the tube for storage so the paper doesn't unravel and it works well to hold in place.

This is a really good price for a roll of tracing paper. 17 inches wide by 25 yards is plenty enough for my needs. I tend to use the sheets as an overlay for my notebook pages as most of my notebooks aren't very ink friendly and I find the coating on the paper perfect for wet ink with decent drying time. I did a little bit of testing with my most used water based inks and there seems to be 2 different coatings on each side of the paper. The outside of the roll can't seem to handle ink as well as the inside as the ink tends to feather more on the outside. On either side, bleeding onto the paper under it isn't a problem. 4.5/5 stars due to the feathering issues, but overall a really nice tracing paper with good coating. This is definitely on my "buy" list when I need more paper.
