The things I like about this brush pouch is that the material is easy to grip and find in my makeup bag. I like the length and size. I also like the fact that it doesn't get as dirty as a cloth bag and seems easy to wipe off or clean. Things I don't like are the color (awful poo brown), opening size seems too big so I can only fit larger brushes- smaller brushes seem to fall out easier and I can only fit a couple of larger brushes at one time so it makes sense to carry medium because you get more in there. There is no way to close the opening so you just have to be a little mindful of how you pack it.

I like the concept behind the silicone makeup brush holder, as there are numerous choices available. I recently obtained this one, along with another for comparison. In contrast to the FERYES large makeup brush holder, which employs a magnet to secure the brushes in place, this particular holder features an open slit, making it susceptible to brushes poking out occasionally. Regrettably, this design flaw leaves it slightly lacking when compared to alternatives that offer a more secure hold. Other options in the market may be worth exploring.

I like the idea of the silicone makeup brush holder, and there are so many options out there. I received this, and another to compare. The other, the FERYES large makeup brush holder, has a magnet to prevent the brushes from coming out. This does not. It is an open slit and the brushes can poke out at times. So this falls just short, unfortunately. There are other options.

For what this is and what it can be used for, its great! I put some makeup brushes inside and then set the silicone case in a bigger makeup case and it was perfect. The silicone brush case does not have any snaps or closures, so you cant expect nothing to fall out, if you arent putting it inside another bag. But, putting it in a makeup bag, it works. Silicone is so easy to clean, that if eye makeup, blush, mascara, anything gets on this, either wipe it off or clean the whole case in water. Like I said, it is a super simple brush case that works great for what it is intended for.

My wife carries a small, narrow hair brush and comb in her purse, and she's delighted that this pouch is perfect for keeping them clean and together. She especially likes that there's no searching for the pair, and that there's no poking of the fingers on stiff bristles while looking for the brush and other things in the dark.
