Exactly what I needed!

I recently broke a heel badly and when I was finally able to put weight on it again, these were a godsend! I wear one inside my walking boot and it has helped a bunch! The boot is much more comfortable. To balance myself I put the other in my regular shoe and I digging the way that feels too. I'd say that they have helped speed my recovery and I suspect I'll keep using them even after I'm walking normally again. I will likely buy them again.

Very comfortable heel insert for plantar fasciitis

I use these inside of slippers around the house and they are so perfect and comfortable. I suffered from plantar fasciitis from about December to April and it was hell. About February I just started buying up everything to help and this was definitely part of my tool kit. I still wear them in my slippers at home just because they're comfortable. They're just the amount of support for comfort without being bulky you don't even know they're in there once you've got them in.

I wish they were a bit thicker. Fit well into shoes and help relieve heel pain. I still have to add some lambs wool. The combination works.

Not sure

I feel like these cups are too flimsy. I have to put my finger in my shoe to roll the sides back up. They are very soft silicone. Some of my shoes are tight to start with and arthritis in my fingers makes it really hard to pull the edges back up. Initially they feel good. My problem is I have really bruised the bottom heel while walking around Disney for 7 days. After a month it has not resolved. I purchased these after the trip. I am still using them because I find they are better then just my shoes without them. I just wish the sides didn't roll and the bottoms were thicker.

Literally THE BEST

My daughters are in all-star cheer and spend hours tumbling and jumping, among other things, several days each week. A few years ago they started experiencing some severe heel pain so we decided to see if heel cups would help with that.
