Bought this for joint help. Didnt help much, then I read the directions and took 2 at a time. I have Very sore.thumb joints and this helped. sometimes I take 3 at a time if my thumb is really hurting, I wake up in the morning with no pain! Ive had a cold for almost a week, been taking a ton of Vitamin C, which aggravates my thumb. So last night it was really sore and I took 3 Turmeric pills before bed. I slept great and my nose was clear all night long. I thought I was getting better, but my nose started running again mid-day. So I took 3 more Turmeric pills and my runny nose cleared up almost immediately! I cant believe how quick this worked! I checked the internet and sure enough, Turmeric is known for this, but I never heard of it before. I Love this Stuff!

Oh man... my husband bought these because there are so many health benefits. He swore he was losing weight with them too .. he loved them. BUT, he smelled lIke a giant bowl of Indian food. I've tried several different Turmeric products over the years and found this product has the sufficient quality, potency and affordability that I desire in a Turmeric product on ZeeBooth.
