I've been taking this for a couple weeks now and haven't noticed much effect yet. I did read somewhere that Glucosamine can take a while for the effects to be felt but as of yet have not had any ah ha moments. This supplement doesn't upset my stomach or cause any pains so that is a bonus. I will come back and update if I feel the need to.

I am pleased with the short-list specific blend of ingredients this has. Just what I want, without a bunch of other stuff I'd rather omit. This has Glucosamine, Chondroitin Sulfate, Tumeric Root Extract (95% curcuminoids), Hesperidin (from Bitter Orange Fruit Extract), and Black Pepper Fruit Extract (95% Piperine). That's it! And THAT is GOOD! The one thing I noticed after I received the bottle is that there is no extraction ratio given for the Tumeric --something my "usual" joint supplement does give -- so I'm not exactly sure how the 400mg compares to the dose I took with my "usual" formula (from another brand). Sometimes, bottles say "Tumeric Extract -xmg...equivalent to xmg Tumeric Powder", and the "equivalent" can vary a lot depending on the extraction ratio. I wish that information were included. This is something warranting further probing. Apart from the lack of clarity on the extraction ratio of the tumeric extract, the ingredients and dosage are spot-on what I was looking for. The bottle came well sealed, with all capsules intact. I'm also pleased to see that this is made in the USA, is non-GMO, and is gluten-free, soy-free, dairy-free, egg-free, and nut-free. While I do not have sensitivities to ALL of these, I appreciate a formula that is manufactured free of unnecessary additives, with attention to purity. Additionally, the bottle includes the seal of being manufactured in a cGMP, NSF compliant facility. I'm giving this 4 at this time, though I will update this if I am able to find out the information I don't see... or if I am so blown away by the results after 6-8 weeks that I feel sharing that could benefit you.
