I never know whether these are working 100% but I do feel more regulated and feel better.

This is a review for: ImmuneBody 65 Billion Probiotic - 65 Billion CFU, 13 Probiotic Strains Including Several Soil-Based Strains (SBOs), Plus Prebiotic - Supports Healthy Digestion | 30 Capsules This is a smaller sized capsule with white-ish powder. It is easy to take, with a serving size of 1 capsule. I did not experience any issues with broken capsules. It seems to have a good comprehensive blend of probiotics and prebiotics which should help with gut health. As others pointed out, this is probably one of the most expensive probiotic supplements I have taken so hopefully the ingredients are as quality as it claims. Overall good supplement.

I took this first thing in the morning on an empty stomach as directed. My stomach was feeling a little unsettled from the night before and I was hoping that it would help. An hour later, I felt fine. I know I can't be 100% sure that it was from these probiotics, but I'm gonna give it the credit. I take another probiotic daily and it has helped overall with my occasional stomach pains, but this feels like it could be more effective. In this case, it seems you do get what you pay for. It costs about 2 times my other probiotic. I think if you're looking for a high quality probiotic, this is it.

This formula contains a generous serving of probiotics at 65 billion assuming that there is close to that number at time of delivery. The probiotics arrived well sealed but not with any ice packs or way to keep the bottle cool, so I would recommend refrigeration at arrival. The soil based bacteria do not require refrigeration but the others may die off over time if exposed to heat. This is a well designed formula with both prebiotics and probiotics. It contains the highly regarded bacillus subtilis strain which many manufactures leave out. I would prefer that it did not contain magnesium stearate. All in all, a very good, easy to take formula.

This is a nice probiotic / prebiotic supplement with 13 different strains of probiotic making 65 billion CFU. The inclusion of prebiotic provides the bacteria with the nutrients they need to get setup in your gut and survive. The question is, will they survive your stomach to make it into the part of your gut where they can live. I think the answer to this is yes. The probiotic / prebiotic comes as a white powder in a cellulose capsule. The capsules come in a brown glass bottle with a black plastic screw on cap (however, the ZeeBooth product page has images with what appears to be a metal cap). Being that it is glass, you will want to store the bottle in a dark place to protect it from light. It was shipped simply wrapped in some bubble wrap (no box), which seemed sufficient to protect it all and have it arrive to me in good order. I took this supplement for a couple of weeks and could tell it was doing something. My gut was more active a few hours after taking it. I tried to take a couple days off and my gut was less active. While it may make you a little gassy or have a bit of a grumbly tummy, it isnt too bad and thankfully not stinky. I typically have Huel as a lunch meal, and it contains a fair amount of fiber, so I think that it did a good job of feeding the probiotic in these pills and helped to keep them plenty happy and active. If you are looking for a good probiotic / prebiotic, I think this is one of them, although you might be able to find others out there for less money, but they may not be as effective, may make you more gassy, or worse, may make you gassy and stinky.
