My dogs like this food, but it can be costly. I have been having trouble with shipping issues.

My dogs love this food but its clearly expensive, so when I ordered it from ZeeBooth and they came hard I was so disappointed. I have to literally smash them with a round candle lid just to make it soft enough for them to eat. I felt like I wasted my money on this bag and I really cant afford to throw money down the toilet. So Im going to order directly from the company since ZeeBooth clearly holds too much of this product bagged up and making them stale. First time I ordered it from nutrapet and it stayed soft and fresh for a long time. Way more satisfying and then of course worth the purchase. So its a 5 to nutracomplete and 1 to ZeeBooth

The "nuggets" are just a little too big for our small dog - but cuts easily. We have struggled finding a good food that he will consistently eat. He loves this! We mix it with other food or just give it as a treat. We are on bag #2 ready to order bag #3. I feel very good about the nutrition our little guy is getting!

My very small senior dog (5 pound Chihuahua mix) is very picky about food. I constantly am on the hunt for something she will eat for more than a couple of weeks. I found this food on ZeeBooth this week and ordered the 5-ounce package of chicken flavor. She absolutely loved it. In fact I dont know how I could keep her to the three-quarter cup per day that shes supposed to eat. But being very small with a very small mouth, jaw and teeth she had trouble chewing the cubes as they come even though theyre spongy. So I cut them in half, which wasnt a big deal to do, and she was fine. She gobbled them down. Since she seems to like it so much, I ordered the 1-pound bag which arrived today. I didnt want to jump right to the 3-pound because who knows, she could change her mind in a few days and not like it anymore and its VERY expensive. The 1-pound bag arrived today and I poured some of it out so I could cut the cubes in half and found the quality varies widely. Many or most of the cubes in the 1 pound bag are smaller and darker in color and harder than the fluffy ones in the 5-ounce bag and theyre hard to cut in half because they shatter into crumbs. Apparently theyre over dried. So right now Im kind of on the fence whether Im going to continue buying this product. Ill go through the 1-pound bag and see if the whole bag is like that in which case I will not buy it anymore. Maybe just some of the ones that happened to be on the top of the bag that I started today are over dried ? Anyway, Ill update this when I have a little more experience with the product.

I buy the premium chicken. A perfect early morning "breakfast food" for my 12-pound mix-chihuahua. Nutritious---read what all is in it!! I NEVER feed them dry: I pour about 1/3 cup into his little bowl, pour cool drinking water just to cover the little dry cubes, let them get fairly wet, but NOT soppy-soggy. Then I drain out the water, and feed to my little 7-year-old furry friend; call it "doggie cereal" LOL . . . actually he MUCH prefers it when I hand-feed the little wet cubes to him, two or three in my hand at a time. Then his reward is his favorite freeze-dried chicken-heart treat (his "bacon"). This all really fills him up for several hours. These can also be ordeuvres if your little furry friend just needs a little something in his/her tummy. But again, I don't try to feed them DRY; that does NOT work for my pet.
