Absolutely love these pencils and are great for creating illustrations.

If you are looking for great pencils, buy these! They are cute and good quality. The only thing is when you use them at first the rubber will hurt a little but after like a week your hands will get used to it.

I know this might sound silly but these are the best quality and smoothest mechanical pencil i have ever used, will buy again.

I've been looking at a lot of pencils and are using ones ranging from the Pica 0.9mm pencil to the Uni Kuru Toga and the pilot DelGuard, to name a few. The Uni Chroma is a pencil I routinely reach for when I need some routine writing to be done. It surprised me when it had characteristics in high end pencils like the break resistant tip, which, while not as good as the Pilot DelGuard, is pretty good. It takes a lot of force to break pencil leads with this pencil. I had used this pencil for at least 3 months before I realized it had another advanced feature, which was auto advance. I noticed that I could write essentially indefinitely without having to advance the pencil lead. I thought it was my imagination and investigated this further to be pleasantly surprised. So bottom line - these pencils are the perfect balance of high end features but without the high end price. I really enjoy writing with them and like the larger sized eraser.
