I have been trying to find a light brace for my wrist, which bothers me from time to time and needs some light support, and have been disappointed overall in what I have tried so far. I tried vet wrap, which worked okay, but is expensive and a bit heavier/stronger than I was hoping for. I saw this tape, and thought I would give it a try. I was not familiar with pre-tape, but understand the concept. This tape was lighter than I expected and looks and feels like very thin foam, but seems to be strong and supportive. It has a foam-like smell to it (not surprising), but it's not overwhelming. I wrapped my wrist and am actually very pleased with it. It is supportive, yet it easily flexes with the movement of my wrist/hand and seems to breathe pretty well. The only thing is it does not stick to itself well if nothing is used over it, but I fold and tuck the end under the previous wrap and it stays just fine. This wrap has solved my support problem, and it's nice to have a choice of colors for a very reasonable price.

This has good stretch and adhesion which is really all I care about when it comes to athletic tape.

Based on the picture, I was unsure if this was Kinesio tape or Coban. I got it knowing I could use it either way. This is more of a wrapping tape, similar to what might go under boxing gloves. I recently injured my toe, and it has been helpful to cut a strip of this off to protect my toe when Im wearing shoes. It seems very versatile, although it is not what I got it for. It has been of good use so far, and the price is really decent for the size and number of the rolls.

This review is for Fiuddy athletic wrap. This wrap is light and foamy in texture, without the crepe texture of the original Coban wrap. It works in a similar manner. It doesn't stick to your skin, but it also doesn't stick to itself as aggressively as Coban. Being so light weight, you need a few more wraps to get the same compression. That is offset by the price. You get six rolls for the price of around two rolls of the other wrap.

Even without adhesive, this lightly sticks to itself (not as well as coban, but decent). I like that it's foamy and provides a cushion, very comfy to use. I plan to add a roll into my (service) dog's bag that goes everywhere with us (I do wish it came in a smaller roll for this) and probably use it to protect her dew claw when she has shoes on as it's padded a bit to protect them. It doesn't stick to her fur and we both look amazing in bright colors.
